Learn about the benefits of, and how to obtain a Co-op through the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business.

Finding and developing great talent continues to be one of the most pressing challenges facing family and privately owned businesses today.

The University of Cincinnati’s nationally recognized co-op program offers a powerful way for companies to build their talent pipeline while giving students meaningful, real-world experience.

To help our members better understand how to take advantage of this opportunity, the Goering Center has partnered with leaders from the UC Lindner College of Business Co-op & Career Development team for an informative Lunch & Learn session.

During this session, you will:

• Learn how the Lindner Universal Co-op program works
• Understand how co-ops can support your business across fall, spring, and summer rotations
• See how many companies convert co-ops into high-performing full-time hires
• Get a practical overview of the process for posting positions and engaging students
• Understand expectations, ground rules, and best practices for hosting a successful co-op
• Meet the UC team responsible for helping employers connect with Lindner students

This session will introduce you to the people, systems, and resources Lindner has designed to help employers identify and develop emerging talent.

Whether you are exploring co-ops for the first time or looking to strengthen your current hiring pipeline, this program will help you understand how the process works and how to get started.
