Associate Members are service providers committed to understanding the unique challenges and needs of family-owned and privately held businesses—our Core Members—in order to better support them. To preserve the Goering Center’s trusted, sales-free environment, Associate Members also pledge not to actively solicit or promote their own services.

*Associate Membership is a 12-month membership starting on the day you complete your registration.
An Associate Membership also includes a listing on our Professional Services Registry.

What’s included in the Associate Membership?
As an Associate Member of the Goering Center, you will have the same access to programs and institutes as Core Members. However, you do not have the same goals and intentions in terms of growing and preparing your business for transition.

What is an Associate Membership?
Associate Members are service providers who have an active interest in understanding the challenges and needs of family-owned and privately-held businesses (our Core Members) in order to help them. However, our Associate Members also pledge that they will not actively solicit or promote their business to our members so that we may maintain our sales-free, safe-haven environment*.

How long does an Associate Membership?
An Associate Membership provides a full year of access to Goering Center programs and resources for Family and Private Businesses. The annual membership fee for an Associate Membership is $1,545 with a listing in our Professional Services Registry.
Safe Haven Policy
The Goering Center respects the privacy of our members, and provides a safe haven environment. Members agree not to “cold” market to or solicit other members, but are encouraged to buy from each other. Names, addresses and contact information are strictly confidential and are to be used only for member-to-member communications.
