Goering Center Core Members are family and private businesses across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, ranging from startups to industry leaders. Some are family-run, others privately held, but all are united by a commitment to growth and a desire to support one another through education, leadership development, and succession planning.

*Core Membership is a 12-month membership starting on the day you complete your registration.

What’s included in the Core Membership?
As a Goering Center Core Member, you gain access to exclusive education, training, and resources designed to strengthen family and private businesses. Membership connects you with a network of experienced professionals and a caring community of peers and like-minded professionals.
The Principles Course
In this 90-minute orientation session, connect in a safe haven environment with other new core members. You will share your challenges and your goals, and come away with a new sense of purpose and community.
Member Alignment Profile™ (MAP)
The Member Alignment Profile™ (MAP) is an assessment tool offered to Goering Center Core Members and is based on the 10 Best Practices of Successful Family and Private Businesses. It is an administered, anonymous survey to be completed by business owners and employees that identify.
Complimentary Admissions (3) to Member Breakfasts
Core Members receive three complimentary admissions to all Member Breakfasts each year—offering valuable learnings, peer connection, and insights from industry experts.
Business Courier Subscription
Members receive a complimentary subscription to the Cincinnati Business Courier, keeping you informed on the latest regional business news and trends that impact Family and Private Businesses.

How long does a Core Membership last?
A Core Membership provides a full year of access to Goering Center programs and resources for family and private businesses. The first-year membership is $1,200, with annual renewals available for $800.
Safe Haven Policy
The Goering Center respects the privacy of our members, and provides a safe haven environment. Members agree not to “cold” market to or solicit other members, but are encouraged to buy from each other. Names, addresses and contact information are strictly confidential and are to be used only for member-to-member communications.
