How does the the Member
Alignment Profile
(MAP)™ work?
The MAP process begins with support from a Goering Center team member. You choose key participants to complete a brief, confidential survey. We analyze the results, share a custom report, and review it with you, highlighting key insights and next steps to strengthen your business.

Introduction to MAP:
Introduction/explanation of the MAP process by a member of the Goering Center Management Team

Identify Your MAP Participants:
You identify individuals who will participate in the MAP Assessment.

Company Survey Link
We provide you with a link to your company’s survey.

Complete the MAP Assessment:
Participants will complete an anonymous and confidential online survey that takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

Prepare your MAP report:
The Goering Center prepares a comprehensive report by analyzing participant input and tracking it.

Review your MAP report:
A member of the Goering Center reviews the results of the MAP Assessment with the business owner(s) and recommends an action plan to advance your company and leverage your Goering Center membership.
